BLI55 is a premium champagne brand offering sparkling champagne in 250ml slim cans across eight distinctive flavors at 12% alcohol by volume. Our tagline, "Pop the Moment", reflects our commitment to bringing celebration to everyday moments.

02 Age Requirement

BLI55 products contain alcohol. In accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the wider United Kingdom, you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, attempt to purchase, or consume alcohol.

By using this Site and by purchasing any BLI55 product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to refuse service or access to anyone who cannot verify they meet the minimum age requirement.

It is a criminal offence in the United Kingdom to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under 18, or to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 (except in very limited circumstances as provided by law).

The BLI55 brand, including but not limited to the name "BLI55", our logo, the stylised "55" mark, the tagline "Pop the Moment", product names, flavor names, can designs, the "55 window" design concept, and all associated trade dress, are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of BLI55 Ltd. All rights are reserved.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product renders, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and software, is the property of BLI55 Ltd or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the Site or its content.
• Use the BLI55 name, logo, or any BLI55 trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not ours.

Prices displayed on the Site, where applicable, are indicative and may differ from those charged by third-party retailers. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

06 User-Generated Content

Where the Site permits you to submit content, including but not limited to waitlist registrations, email addresses, reviews, comments, photographs, or social media posts tagged with our hashtags (e.g. #PopTheMoment), you grant BLI55 Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media.

You warrant that any content you submit is your own original work, does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, and does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

07 Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BLI55 Ltd disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100).
